Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt and are shipped via our Sydney warehouse. Please refer to our shipping map for estimated delivery times.

Please note that our Chairs are delivered assembled, as such a special Delivery service is required.

Our Customer Service team will be sure to update you at every stage of your shipment journey from dispatch all the way to delivery. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email Order notification from us, followed by another email notification when goods are shipped and an expected delivery date and time.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 2 days of placing your order , please contact us at enquiries@learninghouseresources.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
